What we collect

Enquiries. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, telephone number, practice area of interest and the message you write. We use this only to respond to your enquiry. Please do not include privileged or highly sensitive information in the form.

Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website (for example, pages viewed and country of the visitor). Google Analytics cookies are set only after you accept, and your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a refusal. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the website securely and protect it against abuse.

How we use and share data

We use enquiry details to reply to you and, if you become a client, to open a file. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and email (including Cloudflare, Google and our email delivery provider), who act on our instructions.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after a reasonable period. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing info@aljabalawfirm.com.
